Food Allergies and Special Dietary Needs

Regarding food allergies

  1. For guests who have food allergies and wish to order a low-allergen menu, we offer menus that do not use the 7 Specified Ingredients (eggs, milk, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, buckwheat, crab).
  2. As we must make individual preparations in advance in accordance with your allergy symptoms when providing a low-allergen menu, please make your request by email at least four weeks before the date of use.
  3. If you have a serious food allergy, please let us know in advance so that we can consult and inform you about bringing your own meal and tableware with your consent when staying at our hotel or using our restaurants.
  4. Low-allergen menus are not available at the buffet. Regarding meals at our buffet, food allergens (7 Specified Ingredients) are indicated (in Japanese) at the venue.
